1. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital downloads (PLR, MRR bundles, templates, reels, etc.)
• Shopify store setup services
• Video bundles and guides

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

• You were charged twice by mistake.
• You never received access to your order (after verifying with our team).
